I want omitrix to be able to scan anyone and everyone even energy beings as Dagon or Gwen and even non sapient being as ants , etc.

Omnitrix should be based on living essence and not on DNA.

And it should have a feature that should allow user to have mental level at least that of a human.

In simple words I mean even on transforming into cow Ben should have intellect of human,and on tranforming in Brainstorm he should have intellect of Cerebrocrustaceon.

There is no "more powerful alien than alien x" transformation.
