"Future Ben" hails from a universe where technology is considered exceedingly superior by current standards. He was seen in Chapter 4: The Fallen Gods sprinting away from Eon before being apprehended.
Hero Time Ben
Ben Tennyson was seen in Chapter 4: The Fallen Gods sprinting away from Eon. He was later seen apprehended by Eon.
Ultimatrix Ben
"Ultimatrix Ben" is a version of Ben Tennyson who still possesses the Ultimatrix. He was seen captured by Eon in Chapter 4: The Fallen Gods.
Street Punk Ben
Street Punk Ben was seen in Chapter 4: The Fallen Gods sprinting away from Eon.
Experiment 10
Experiment 10 is a Ben Tennyson that creates chi manifestations of his transformations to access their abilities without transforming. His Omnitrix is used to focus his Chi through, like a filter, to combine his life energy with those in the watch, and "spiritually transform".
Eon created him because chi is, essentially, how himself and the Chonians use their abilities, and this was an attempt to create a body that would not deteriorate by allowing that Ben to access his Chronian abilities (and then Eon can possess him) without using the Chronian form. He is called Experiment 10 because he is Eon's tenth try at this, as the nine others died on their first trial.
This attempt only half-worked with Experiment 10, as he successfully created a Ben that can transform using Chi, but Eon would still depreciate if he possessed the form.
Experiment 10 was first seen in Chapter 4: The Fallen Gods. He later appeared in Chapter 7: Fold, Chapter 8: Risen, and Chapter 10: Again under Technus's mind control.

"Ben 23" is the alternative version of Ben Tennyson from the Universe UNUA-0023. In his universe, Grandpa Max died around the time he received the Omnitrix, giving him no mentor to help guide him and teach him how to responsibly use his newfound powers. He used his power to become a national celebrity, acquiring fame and fortune. After an eye-opening experience with Ben Prime, he sought to become a hero focused more on selflessness than personal fame and glory.
He makes a cameo appearance in Chapter 10: Again.

"Ben 23.000" is the future version of Ben 23 from the Universe UNUA-0023. He and his younger counterpart, make a cameo appearance in Chapter 10: Again.

"Ultimate Ben" is an alternative future version of Ben Tennyson.
Ben 10 (One Last Time)
Benjamin Kirby Tennyson was given a new Omnitrix from Azmuth. Its features include instant transformations, unlimited transformation time, and virtually no cool down. However, this Omnitrix and it's transformations are tied direct to Ben; his health and the device functioning properly are dependent on one-another.
Ben faced off against Vilgax with a new weapon that interfered with its functions. He is now only able to use his transformations for a few seconds before reverting back to human. The Omnitrix injures Ben when he activates or transforms. This weapon is locked away in an unknown location, synchronized with Ben's Omnitrix.
Ben 10,000 (Ben 10,000: Hero of Heroes)
Benjamin Kirby Tennyson is a Ben 10,000 from an alternate universe. After wielding the Omnitrix for decades and unlocking the master control in the process, Ben 10,000 faces off against the greatest threat he's ever faced, the Sanavi. Despite his best effort, he is unable to stop the Sanavi and goes into hiding defeated. After receiving motivation and guidance from Azmuth, he unlocks Alien X and is able to defeat the Sanavi.
Trivia
- Eon cannot capture a Ben Tennyson that either grows up to be a Ben 10,000 or has control over Alien X. All of these Bens were not powerful enough to stop Eon.
- Fallout Ben is a reference to the Fallout Video Game Franchise.
- Ninja Ben resembles Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto) and Super Ben resembles Superman (Legion of Superheroes). Both characters were voiced by Yuri Lowenthal, Ben Prime's main voice actor in the series.
- Experiment 10 was the first Alternative Ben created for 5YL.
- The different names for each Ben Tennyson were created to help the Ink Tank with production, and are not canon to the comic. In their own respective universes, each Alternate Ben is just named "Ben Tennyson".
- Experiment 10's abilities are like Ultimate Ben, but spiritual, not technological.
