Ben 10,000[]
"Ben 10,000" is an alternative future version of Ben Tennyson who grew up to be a full time superhero. In this timeline, Ben became far more serious, cynical, and distant starting sometime around age 15, causing him to grow up to be a hero who obsessively fights crime. He'd spend most of his time in alien form, he'd emotionally distance himself from his family, and he seemed to ignore his transformations' personas, not even minding giving them names. It was also noted that his fighting style became a lot more violent, as he completely mutilated Vilgax and subsequently put him into stasis.
This obsessive and unhealthy form of heroism was noticed by many of Ben's loved ones, including a future version of Gwendolyn, who decided to bring his 10-year-old self to the future, so he could get an attitude adjustment, and a clear reminder for why he started doing heroics in the first place. After a fight with an escaped Vilgax with his younger self, Ben 10,000 realized this very idea, and began to lighten up a little, renaming his transformations and making an Omnitrix for his son.
Ultimate Ben[]
"Ultimate Ben" is an alternative future version of Ben Tennyson who mastered the Ultimatrix to a point of being able to unlock 'Ultimate Ben', a transformation that allows him to access the powers of his aliens while in human form. More similar in attitude to his younger self than the first 'Ben 10,000' that Ben Prime met, this Ben also possesses magical abilities and was president of Earth for a time.

Ben 10k[]
"Ben 10k" is an alternative future version of Ben Tennyson who decided to have fun with his transformations and used his smartest aliens to build the Biomnitrix, a dual-gauntlet version of the Omnitrix which can fuse any two transformations together. Much like Ultimate Ben, Ben 10k also has a similar attitude to his younger self. This version of Ben's future also is a major participant in Maltruant's Time War.

Ben 23,000[]
"Ben 23,000" is the future version of Ben 23 from the Universe UNUA-0023. He and his younger counterpart make a cameo appearance in Chapter 10: Again.
Ben 10finity[]
Ben 10finity is a composite version of Ben Tennyson created by Kuro the Artist while he was making a point regarding the Ben 10 vs Green-Lantern Death-Battle video. He is designed to be an absurd composite of every iteration of Ben Tennyson, with every ability that any version has ever possessed.
Aside from his Master Control Transformations, he utilizes the Ultimatrix and the Biomnitrix, allowing him to evolve and fuse his transformations. The Sword of Ascalon gives him additional reality-alteration powers, and Skurd can surrogate another transformation's powers. While his Ultra Ben visor is just for looks, the Potis Altiare multiplies all of his powers even further. He also retains his ability to use magic.
Ben 10 (One Last Time)[]
Benjamin Kirby Tennyson was given a new Omnitrix from Azmuth. Its features include instant transformations, unlimited transformation time, and virtually no cool down. However, this Omnitrix and its transformations are tied direct to Ben; his health and the device functioning properly are dependent on one-another.
Ben faced off against Vilgax with a new weapon that interfered with its functions. He is now only able to use his transformations; who now appear ill, for a few seconds before reverting back to human or partially transform parts of his body into his transformations, injuring Ben in the process. This weapon is locked away in an unknown location, synchronized with Ben's Omnitrix.

Ben 10,000 (Ben 10,000: Hero of Heroes)[]
Benjamin Kirby Tennyson is a Ben 10,000 from an alternate universe. After wielding the Omnitrix for decades and unlocking the master control in the process, Ben 10,000 faces off against the greatest threat he's ever faced, the Sanabi. Despite his best effort, he is unable to stop the Sanabi and goes into hiding defeated. After receiving motivation and guidance from Azmuth, he unlocks Alien X and is able to defeat the Sanabi.
