Attea DreadWind is a villain in 5 Years Later from the Ben 10 Universe. She is an Incursean from the destroyed planet of Kalilian and is the current co-ruler of the DreadWind empire.
Appearance[]
Attea is a green-skinned frog humanoid alien. She has yellow eyes with dark pupils. She wears a form fitting purple outfit as her casual wear, however as an empress she wears a large gold chestplate with a purple robe and holds a staff.
Personality[]
Like she has stated herself many times, Attea is very cold and very manipulative, planning and scheming to try and get her way even if that means betraying those close to her. She gains enjoyment through killing and fighting, even expressing that she enjoys destroying planets. Attea hates losing, so much so that she will get revenge on those who have bested her. However, Attea does have a more light-hearted side and a sense of humor, although it is a rather twisted one.
Abilities[]
- Enhanced Agility- Attea is capable of jumping several meters off the ground due to her biology
- Prehensile Tongue- Attea has a long, prehensile tongue that possesses high tensile strength.
- Expert Hand-to-Hand Combat- Attea excels at hand-to-hand combat, being able to keep up with Kickin Hawk.
Weaknesses[]
- Strong Smells- Like all Incursians, Attea can easily be affected by strong smells.
- Stretched Tongue- As demonstrated by Bullfrag, an Incursian can have its tongue stretched too far.
History[]
Attea first appeared when her father threatened to destroy Earth if Team Tennyson refused to help him find his missing daughter. It was later found out that Attea paid off Seven Seven to help her overthrow her father. She would later be stopped by Ben when he transformed into Swampfire and overwhelmed Attea with his intense smell. She would be later thrown into the same prison as her mother.
Attea would reappear a year later on the homeworld of the Gourmands, attempting to capture the Gourmand queen. She would fail when she would be stopped by Ben, Rook, and a group of Gourmands trying to save their queen. Attea would lie to her father about the mission and claim she destroyed the planet to send a message to other planets resisting the Incursian Empire. Later on, Attea (accompanied by Six Six, Seven Seven, and Eight Eight) would fight Ben and Rook in order to put Vilgax down for her father. Unfortunately for Attea, she would be stopped by Ben and Rook and would be later berated by her father, claiming that her failure allowed Vilgax's people to revolt against the Incurseans.
Later on, Attea would team up with Dr. Psychobos to brainwash the entirety of Revonnah by altering the planet's main food source. Even though she would be thwarted by both Ben and Rook, Attea would manage to save a vial of the serum that brainwashed the planet and would head to Earth. Milleous, along with Attea, leads a full-scale invasion on Earth. After a brief confrontation with both Ben and Rook, the Incurseans would demand the unconditional surrender of Ben Tennyson or else the planet would be destroyed by their mutant To'kustar army.
