- Dense Wax Physique - Candlestick's body is made up of a tough wax, allowing him to take a lot of physical impacts without slowing down.
- Candle Flame - While not possessing any reliable offensive capabilities, Candlestick's flame can still be used as a light source in dark situations, as well as being able to turn up the intensity for more light. This flame can also be carried on Candlestick's fingers.
- Heightened Intellect - Candlestick's mind is a complex and well balanced one. Being capable of translating complex alien text and puzzles without much issue, as well as having a great memory.
- This intelligence can be paired with his ability to generate wax, capable of analyzing key holes then creating a perfect replica of a key for it, for example.
- Enhanced Strength - Due to his relatively large size, Candlestick has a good degree of lifting strength.
Weaknesses[]
- Low Endurance - Candlestick has limited speed and agility due to his body's weight and shape, as well as having poor stamina. It makes him not the best choice for combative or athletic situations.
- Vulnerable Skeleton - While Candlestick's hard wax body is tough, his wax condensed skeleton is not, and can be vulnerable to his bones breaking with enough force.
- Heat Sensitivity - Candlestick's body is capable of withstanding higher temperatures, being unable to produce wax in hot environments.
Mythology[]
Walabra is the most curious planet in its system, appearing as a lifeless rock at first, with many gold and copper deposits and an underground tunnel system acting similar to a beehive. This being home to large non intelligent bee-like creatures known as the Antho'Ved's.
But the original main inhabitants are the Go'Thek, a species of sentient wax and enzymes with constantly lit wicks on the top of their heads. While being physically inferior in both strength and size to the Antho'Ved's, they were the dominant species on Walabra due to their superior intelligence, possessing immense understanding and processing power compared to most species on the planet. The Go'Thek create offspring from their arthropod neighbors, after they return with pollen after making a trip to their moon Malrarum. The bees create wax from their fur, and while asleep, the Go'Thek use their constantly lit flame to carefully melt off a large amount of the wax, and return to infuse the wax with enzymes, thus creating Go'Thek offspring.
Despite being native to the planet, you're probably not going to find any Go'Thek on Walabra, as they've grown intelligent enough to realize there's nothing left there to offer them, they move off world and only come back to create offspring. Walabra is currently a wasteland besides housing the Antho'Ved's, and you're more likely to find a Go'Thek anywhere else in the Andromeda or Milky Way galaxies.
