Cecily is the former queen of the Lewodans and appears in Episode 12 of And Beyond.

Cecily is a thin, legless marshmallow-like humanoid with white skin and blue eyes. She wears a light blue and white cloak with a black and blue dress underneath.

- Sticky Body- Her marshmallow-like skin can cause objects to stick to her.
- Static Electricity Generation- Cecily naturally generates small, nonharmful amounts of static electricity.
- Electromagnetism- Cecily can fly via electromagnetism.

- Frail Body- Her Lewodan biology makes her physically weak and ill-suited for combat.
History[]
Inspired by Ben's use of Rath to intimidate and bring about a peace agreement between the Lewodans and the Pantophage, Cecily attempted to make a formal alliance with the Appoplexians. This alliance however, would lead to a revolution and reconstruction of the Lewodan Empire into the New Republic of Lewoda.
And Beyond[]
Cecily appears alongside her son Lemmie, introducing an unknown Anthoarbrel to an Appoplexian. In order to better recognize the individual, the Appoplexian fights the Anthoarbrel and in the aftermath, Cecily escorts the wounded Anthoarbrel away.
