The Anur System is the sixth episode of And Beyond, acting as the dedicated Halloween special for the series.

Scout Lunas, sole Plumber of The Anur System, has received reports from citizens of the Anur System that they have spotted Zs'Skayr. Once the High Ecto-Lord, Zs'Skayr was banished from his castle five years prior by Ben Tennyson utilizing Atomix to create an artificial miniature sun (which Ben calls his "Fusion Cuisine"), preventing Zs'Skayr from entering.
To prevent causing a scene, the Plumbers send Horas to investigate each planet in the Anur System in an attempt to track down Zs'Skayr. Horas has been upgraded with a camouflage device that allows him to replicate the appearance of being around him.
After a lengthy trek around the system Horas finds himself at Zs'Castle Zs'Skayr. He enters through the front door and flies down to the laboratory. Upon scanning for Prypiatosian energy signatures, Horas finds no results. Horas calls Ben, who also notes that the rejuvenation chambers used to attempt to revive the Vladats have been repaired. Ben prepares to fly over to create a new Fusion Cuisine, but Horas involuntarily drops the call as the lights start to go out.
Zs'Skayr reveals himself, happy to hear Ben is on his way so that he may have his revenge, and ends the episode by overshadowing Horas.

- This is the first time The Ink Tank has animated Ben Tennyson in human form for an official production and cast Paxton Lee to voice him.
- This is the first time Horas has interacted directly with other characters from 5 Years Later, officially tying the two series together.
- This is the first And Beyond to feature aliens from the original Ben 10 series.
- This episode was originally planned to be the fourth episode instead of the sixth. However, it was delayed due to the lengthy production causing The Ink Tank to miss the initial deadline, October 31, 2019. Consequently, several details were changed before release.
- Millit Lagish were mentioned in the previous episode, despite not being covered until this one.
- The Zs'Skayr plotline was added in to help tie together the episode's narrative, and was not part of the initial script[1]. It was added only three weeks before the video released, but after learning several new techniques while producing the Krypton and Vegeta episode, the Ink Tank felt more comfortable taking on the challenge, writing in new scenes and altering previous ones to account for this.
- The Sonaraquids' segment was also not featured in the initial script. It was added after the Ink Tank realized this episode would have nine transformations, and created one more to have a complete set of ten.[1]
- In January 2021, YouTube set the episode to "Made for Kids", against the Ink Tank's wishes, disabling the comment section.
