Alex worked on the first seven chapters of 5 Years Later as a Concept Artist and Story Consultant starting in February of 2017.
Alex was born in Alabama. Living in a boring hometown, the dullness resulted in him drawing a lot, Toy Story being one of the first influences that made him draw. He then went on to watch a lot of comic book related movies and television shows (one of his faves being Danny Phantom). One day when tuning into Cartoon Network, a show called Ben 10 premiered its first episode and once he saw Ben turn into Heatblast for the very first time, he knew he was going to love this show. Due to the love he had for the series, he would constantly draw the original 10, collect action figures and DVD's, even wear his Omnitrix toy so much, it wore out and he had to get another one. Twice.

His love of Ben 10 made him want to draw aliens and come up with his own, such as "Big Eyeball" and "Veghead", names/designs he had come up with at a young age. He then saw KJMarch, which made him awe in his style and creativity. Once Ben 10 Alien Force was being promoted, he was hyped for the show and upon its release, he loved it and drew more of the characters. But sadly, he had to hide his love for the show as he was growing older and was mocked for liking it. So, he switched to other series to focus on, such as Invader Zim, which was a tad more accepted at the time. After a few years, he drew more Invader Zim and other Jhonen Vasquez related properties. But one day he had an epiphany and said to himself he'd draw and watch whatever he'd like, as long as it made him happy. He then proceeded to go back to watch Ultimate Alien. Inspired by this he started to make a few OCs (as every fan did back in the day). But once Omniverse came out, he was enthralled in the series with it's new take on the style and tone.

As the new series came out and the introduction to the Biomnitrix, he was inspired to create fusions, his first batch being Diamondblast, Ampgrade, and XLRBolt. He then decided he wanted to share his work and posted them to Deviant Art and quickly gained a following, thanks to this, he had become more prominent in the community and met new friends with the same interests. Even doing requests for some of them!

Eventually, he posted his work to Instagram, and Kuro the Artist followed him, and he soon returned to gesture. Then one day, Kuro asked for an art trade, and politely asked Alex to draw a crossover pic of Danny Phantom and Ghostfreak. In return, Kuro was to draw Upgrade, Alex's favorite alien. They continued to talk and much later in their acquaintance, Kuro approached him again, only this time asking him if he would like to become a character designer for an upcoming secret project Kuro has been working on. Although wary of the responsibility and time/effort that would be needed to be put forth, he agreed, thus starting their partnership and friendship.

Upon hearing the concept behind and development of 5YL, Alex noticed Kuro's enthusiasm for the project. Kuro told him about how he wanted to see both shows to have a proper conclusion. Alex shared the same opinions with Kuro, as they were both shows that influenced him in his art. He said that we would start on the first task given to him by Kuro as soon as possible, the first thing Kuro wanting him to draw was a Mutated Way Bad from Omniverse. Upon seeing Alex's rough design, Kuro put him on as a full time partner.

<!--Insert Trivia about the character on a BULLETED list below. -->

*He went as Ben 10 for Halloween four times throughout his life .

*Has his own comic in development titled 'Tombstones', due to his love of superheroes and comics.

*Prefers 'Ben 10: Omniverse', mainly due to the art style and tone somewhat emulating the original series.

*The most challenging design he had to do was Armodrillo because Kuro wanted it more organic. His first design was 'really rough' and was a bit of a step down in his own opinion.
