Kusen Encephalonus is the leader of The Cerebrus Cast and a revolutionary figure in Cerebrocrustacean history. He first appeared in And Beyond Episode 13: Encephalonus IV.
Appearance[]
Kusen Encephalonus is a pale-blue Cerebrocrustacean with indigo head crests on his shell. His shell consists of three plates that, when opened, reveal his brain, which is a pinkish-purple color. Encephalonus has two arms extending from his upper body, each ending in indigo pincers. His lower body features six legs with spike-like feet, and spikes are scattered around his face, resembling a beard. He wears a white and brown suit that resembles a lab coat.
Personality[]
Kusen Encephalonus is regarded as a kind and generous explorer and inventor, with dreams of exploring the universe and uniting his system. He was beloved by all, as he always had the purest of intentions at heart. However, some would say he was paranoid, fearing that corruption would one day destroy his near-perfectly governed society. The measures he took ultimately led to the very outcome he gave his life to prevent.
Abilities[]
- Enhanced Intellect- Encephalonus has one of the highest IQ's in the galaxy, inferior to nothing but a Galvan. However his brain is much faster given the insane amount of electrical synapses firing at once. Giving him the ability to outthink anything in a microsecond.
- Electrokinesis- Encephalonus can emit electricity from his exposed brain, giving him several electrical based abilities.
- Electromagnetic Levitation- Using the electrical currents in the air, Encephalonus can levitate and gain the higher ground against an opponent.
- Electric Telekinesis- Encephalonus is capable of lifting objects using electrokinesis; he can also control technology using this ability.
- Force-Field Generation- Encephalonus can create a protective barrier made of energy.
Weaknesses[]
- Fragile Brain- If something manages to strike Encephalonus in the brain while exposed, it can cause severe pain or even death.
- Vicetopus- The Vicetopus is the Cerebrocrustacean's natural predator, and therefore, Encephalonus'.
- Brain Synapses- Encephalonus is incapable of tampering with other beings' thoughts.
History[]
In Episode 13: Encephalonus IV it retells the history of how Encephalonus travelled from planet to planet, enlightening the other Krillian worlds with his technology and kindness. He was named the leader of the entire system, and it is thus that he established The Cerebrus Cast, in order to maintain the Krillian System united. After his passing he birthed four children to take his place as the new leaders of the Cerebrus Cast. As a way to honor him once he passed, the planets were renamed in his honor.
