Paul Eiding has a long career of acting within both animation and live action, starting in 1984. In 1986, Paul Eiding became the voice of Perceptor in The Transformers: The Movie. In 2005, Paul Eiding became the voice of Ben Tennyson's grandfather Max Tennyson. Paul Eiding continued to portray Max Tennyson in the sequel series Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien and Ben 10: Omniverse. Max Tennyson was recast for the 2016 Ben 10 reboot by David Kaye, who was also an actor in Ben 10: Omniverse. In 2024, Paul Eiding returned as Max Tennyson within the fan series 5 Years Later.
