The Plumbers are an intergalactic law-enforcement organization from the Ben 10 Universe. They protect planets in their universe from various threats and attacks.
History
In the 1770s, George Washington was leading a secret organized branch of hunters. They were dedicated to learning about and protecting the world from supernatural threats and rumors. As Washington's organization grew, they started to integrate extraterrestrial matters, setting up the creation of the Plumbers.
