Red Giant is a burly, red demon-like humanoid alien with horns on his head and black eyes with green pupils. He has a white mullet and beard along with hair growing out of his ears, armpits, and belly button. He wears green, black, and white shorts and two black armbands on each arm.
The Omnitrix symbol is located in his belly button hair.
