Shadow is a character in 5 Years Later. He first appeared in Chapter 11: Shattered. He is a Ghost from the Ghost Zone in the Danny Phantom Universe.

Shadow is a literal shadow. He is an all black void of darkness with green eyes, a green mouth with pointy teeth and three tuffs of hair.

Abilities[]
- Flight- Shadow floats above the ground and can fly very fast.
- Bad Luck Inducement- When Shadow phases through objects, he can cause bad things to happen.
- Intangibility- Like all ghost's, Shadow can turn intangible to phase through solid matter.
- Shapeshifting- Shadow's amorphous body can be reshaped and altered.
- Regeneration- If Shadow's body is split apart, he can reform himself into his whole being.
Weaknesses[]
- Anti-Ghost Weapons- Anti-ghost weapons make him vulnerable. Some knock him unconscious. Others just limit his abilities or remove them.
- Ecto-Ranium- Shadow is unable to touch substances made of Ecto-Ranium, which repels ghosts.
- Blood Blossoms- If Shadow is in the presence of Blood Blossoms he will be rendered powerless and will undergo great pain.

- In Chapter 11: Shattered, Shadow is seen helping Johnny 13 and Kitty with moving stuff out of Fenton Works.
