Differences From The Comic Version[]
Some scenes in the Motion Comic were changed, cut, or extended with some visual and dialogue alterations, even since the Recalibrated Event. While most panels have been altered to include vfx and animation, these are the significant changes:
- This episode includes some inconsistencies between the original dialogue and the performances given by the cast. The episode's speech bubbles were modified to fit the new iterations.
- When Divinity realizes that Cooper is still alive, a new close-up shot was made for when he says, "You won't get away with this."
- An entirely new shot was made for when Divinity creates the anomalies in the night sky.
- New scenes provided by ActionJack showcase the disasters and catastrophes occurring around the world after Divinity punched Way Big through the earth.
- Backgrounds of the sky cracking open revealing the Temporal Zone were added when Divinity stops Gwendolyn and Soarnitho from going back in time.
- An earlier close-up shot was reutilized for Future Fenton when he says, "I still won't let you succeed!"
- Some of MonKi's dialogue was removed while speaking with Future Fenton.
Trivia[]
- When Kuro changed art styles for chapter 9, he did so with the intention of being more efficient with drawing the comic. This led to him cutting corners, such as not drawing something if a speech bubble overlapped it. This meant he then had to patch holes for the Motion Comic.
