Uproar is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Komashi-inufu from the planet Komoraku in 5 Years Later.

Appearance

Uproar is a large, light blue lion-like cat and dog-like alien with a long tail. He has swirled markings all over his body and wears green, black, and white pants.

The Omnitrix is located on his right thigh.

Original Concept

Abilities

• Inflicting Roar- Uproar can let out a roar that inflicts different effects on the target. The markings on his body glow as he roars.
  • 'Concussive-Can release a blast of concussive force that can push back enemies.
  • 'Paralysis- Can leave the target immobilized with fear.
  • 'Berserker Rage Inducement- Causes the target to go into a state of uncontrollably blind rage.
• Enhanced Physiology- Uproar possesses enhanced physical characteristics such as increased strength, durability, and stamina that far exceed that of humans.
• Enhanced Sensing- Uproar possesses enhanced senses to a point where he can smell or hear to find his opponents easily.
• Sharp Claws- Uproar possesses razor-sharp claws that can carve through stone.
• Sharp Teeth- Uproar possesses razor-sharp teeth.

Weaknesses

• Extreme Heat- Due to his thick coat of fur, Uproar becomes weary in extremely hot conditions.
• Hearing Impaired Targets - Uproar’s berserker induced roars cannot affect targets that obstruct their ears or do not have the ability to hear.
• Lack of Agility - Uproar’s rotund stature does not provide him with quick and agile movements.

Mythology

The planet, Komoraku, is roughly around the same size as Earth, with most of its surface covered in ocean. The landscape mainly consists of grasslands and forests, with several notable mountain ranges. The weather is cloudy most of the year, partially due to the passive manipulation of weather by one of the planet's dominant species, the Raiokapians, who maintain a fairly neutral relationship with their more carnivorous neighbors, the Komashi-inufu.

• Uproar was initially based on Chinese guardian lions (also known as foo dogs/fu dogs).
• His species' name, Komashi-inufu, is derived from "Komainu", which means "Korean dog" in Japanese, one of the other names for guardian lions, and "shifu", which is a Chinese title for "skilled person" or "teacher".
