Wisper is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Qutisp from the planet Mugilva in 5 Years Later.

Appearance

Wisper is a small, ghost-like transformation with semi-transparent light blue skin. He wears a black, green, and white uniform that covers his shoulders and goes down from his center to his waist.

The Omnitrix symbol is located on his chest.

Original Design

Abilities

• Sound Absorption- Wisper is able to absorb sound in a nearby radius. From someone's voice to the beep of a car's horn. The current highest intensity he's been able to absorb is 200 decibels.
  • Concussive Shockwave- Wisper can also release the absorbed sound waves as a powerful shockwave. At high enough intensities, the concussive force can even cause deafness to anyone within its radius.
• Flight- Wisper is able to levitate and fly above the ground.

Weaknesses

• Absorption Limit- There is a limit to how much sound Wisper can absorb. As a result, Ben is cautious when using this form.

Mythology

Originally a normal planet full with forests, it was the home of a dominant species was a humanoid dragon-like species called the Mahoryus which now wields "magic" (actually aura) as a terms of weapon. There had been theories around that the Qutisps were originally from Ledgerdomain and dimension hopped to Mugilva and claimed the planet as their home with the mana from Ledgerdomain leaking to Mugilva resulting in the Mahoryus evolving to wield mana and the planet shifting to something akin to a forest from fantasy.
